Entrepreneurs and small business owners are often
filled with ambitious business ideas based on their
experiences and unique insights. Unfortunately, for
many reasons, the ability to translate attractive
possibilities into tangible success
can be an overwhelming challenge.
Marketing coaching is an energetic partnership that
establishes clarity and direction in business
opportunities through an objective review of the
"big picture." This partnership is predicated on a
shared enthusiasm for the underlying mission of the
business. Accordingly, if I can't make this initial
commitment, I will not take on the coaching role.
Much like a sports coach, marketing
coaching works on motivation, goal setting and
creating partnerships - among many strategies.
The client has a confident to bounce things off of
and somebody who can objectively look out for their
best interests. In executing marketing plans,
I am also able to take the lead on activities and
assume a coordinating position when specialized expertise is
required.
